Position Name: Head E&I Maintenance

Experience: 15+years into Beneficiation Plant

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, E&I, Instrumentation, EEE.

Job Purpose

Leading and managing all electrical and instrumentation activities within MTPA Beneficiation Plant.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the electrical and instrumentation team.

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for electrical systems, including power distribution, motors, switchgear, and control panels.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for optimization.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of electrical components and spare parts.

• Oversee the maintenance of process control systems, field instrumentation, analyzers, and related devices.

• Implement calibration and testing procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems promptly
