Role Overview

Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and execute a 

    comprehensive digital marketing roadmap

     aligned with business growth goals.
  • Lead a team of marketers, content specialists, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Drive 

    brand positioning, storytelling, and thought leadership

     initiatives.
  • Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own 

    SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, email marketing, and lead generation funnels.

  • Implement 

    account-based marketing (ABM)

     for enterprise clients.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Content & Brand Visibility

  • Oversee 

    website, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content

     to strengthen digital presence.
  • Partner with leadership and delivery teams to create 

    client success stories and GTM assets.

  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Leverage 

    Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent CRM/marketing tools

     for campaign tracking.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Partnerships & Innovation

  • Explore 

    new-age digital channels (AI-driven marketing, influencer marketing, webinars, podcasts)

    .
  • Collaborate with business units, sales, and delivery teams to 

    translate market trends into campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10–15 years of 

    progressive experience in digital marketing

    , preferably in 

    IT services/consulting or B2B enterprise markets.

  • Proven track record of 

    driving lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns

     globally.
  • Strong expertise in 

    SEO/SEM, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, retargeting, and content marketing.

  • Hands-on with 

    analytics, CRM & marketing automation platforms

     (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).
  • Exceptional 

    stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to 

    balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
