Digital Marketing Head – Global Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities


1.Lead Generation & Performance Marketing


  • Own global lead generation across 

    Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, YouTube, and affiliate channels

    .
  • Optimize campaigns for 

    CPL, CPA, and ROI

     across geographies.
  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies for inbound and paid lead acquisition.
  • Drive qualified traffic and online sales conversions for ORM services.


2.Marketing Automation (Zoho)


  • Implement and manage 

    Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Analytics

    .
  • Build 

    automated lead nurturing journeys

     (drip campaigns, scoring, segmentation, and retargeting).
  • Integrate campaign data to measure 

    MQL→SQL→Customer

     conversion.


3.Brand & Content Strategy


  • Strengthen the company’s 

    digital brand presence

     through ORM-centric storytelling, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee content creation — blogs, case studies, testimonials, videos, and webinars.

4.Analytics & ROI Accountability


  • Develop dashboards to track 

    lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI per channel

    .
  • Present 

    monthly performance reports and ROI summaries

     to management.
  • Ensure clear attribution between marketing spend and revenue contribution.


5.Leadership & Collaboration


  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with 

    Sales, Tech, and Operations

     for end-to-end lead lifecycle management.
  • Manage and evaluate performance of agencies and digital vendors.


Requirements


  • 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing; 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in 

    ROI-based global lead generation

     and 

    online B2B sales

    .
  • Expertise in 

    Zoho marketing suite

     (CRM, Campaigns, Automation, Analytics).
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance KPIs and revenue alignment.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Marketing Automation
  • Prior experience in 

    Online Reputation Management (ORM)

    , digital services, or SaaS preferred


KPIs


  • Monthly MQLs & SQLs generated
  • ROI and Cost per Acquisition (CPA) by channel
  • Marketing contribution to revenue
  • Automation engagement rates (open, click, nurture conversion)
  • Regional growth across English-speaking markets
