What is your role?

As the Chief Business Officer, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships that align with Cyber Curate Tech’s vision. You will oversee all business-facing functions — including sales, business development, marketing alignment, and strategic alliances — ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The role demands visionary leadership, a deep understanding of the IT services ecosystem, and the ability to turn market opportunities into scalable, high-margin wins.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Define and execute the company’s business growth strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
• Identify new markets, service lines, and product opportunities for expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue operations, from lead generation to contract close.

Partnerships & Alliances

• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
• Negotiate high-value, long-term agreements that create sustainable competitive advantages.
• Foster founder-to-founder and C-level relationships for joint ventures, white-label execution, and co-delivery models.

Sales & Marketing Synergy

• Lead high-performance business development teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery for maximum client impact.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and brand positioning.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Drive market research initiatives to anticipate trends, customer needs, and competitor actions.
• Guide product development teams with market-validated insights for offer packaging.

Operational Excellence

• Build scalable revenue processes and performance metrics for predictable growth.
• Oversee CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal velocity.
• Implement robust governance models for client acquisition, retention, and upselling.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Multiple years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, or strategy in the IT/Software services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in high-velocity B2B environments.
• Expertise in negotiation, deal structuring, and enterprise partnerships.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, IT service models, and digital transformation trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
