Role Overview

Business Development Head

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue growth in retail channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

Graduation in any field.
Minimum
2 years of experience in retail industry

Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Compensation

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on skill set & experience).
