Job Description

We are Hiring Business Development Head

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

We are a leading Design and Build firm specializing in corporate office interiors and industrial projects for multinational clients. With offices across multiple cities in India, we deliver end-to-end turnkey interior solutions — from concept design to project execution — ensuring quality and excellence on a PAN India scale.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector, including real estate consultants, international property consultants (IPCs), and developers/builders.

Client Targeting: Approach and engage with senior management professionals such as Admin and Operations Heads who influence office property decisions.

Online Business Development: Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, business networks, and online tools.

Client Engagement: Schedule meetings, deliver company presentations, and promote service offerings effectively.

Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, and messages to build trust and close deals.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities within corporate interiors and industrial sectors.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal design and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.


Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Interiors domain.

Strong understanding of Corporate Office Interior Design & Build Projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Proficient in MS Office and online lead generation platforms.

Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals.

Self-driven, confident, and target-focused professional.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Work Location

Pune, Maharashtra

(Travel to other project sites or cities may be required occasionally.)
