The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in the US travel domain, preferably with proven sales leadership skills, and be capable of managing a dynamic team while meeting aggressive sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the US travel sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US market. Mentor, train, and motivate team members to enhance their performance. Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience. Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues professionally. Stay updated on US travel trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Ensure smooth functioning during night shifts aligned with US working hours. Report progress and challenges to senior management. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in US travel market sales, with preference for leadership roles. Strong knowledge of US travel industry trends and client expectations. Excellent communication skills in US English. Proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team. Ability to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in sales tools and CRM software.
