Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Marketing Company: Nature’s Balance (Subarashi Foods Pvt. Ltd.) Location: Noida, Sector 57 Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably in FMCG) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Nature’s Balance, a premium brand under Subarashi Foods Pvt. Ltd. If you are passionate about promoting healthy food products and excel at building client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. Promote and sell Nature’s Balance product range, including juices, dried fruits, and more. Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and referrals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Present products effectively and close sales deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support. Maintain accurate sales reports and consistently meet monthly targets. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or the food industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for healthy living and natural food products. Willingness to travel as required.
