Join our Team About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our 24x7 Automated Operations and Incident Management unit, supporting Ericsson s managed services. This high-impact role involves leading a multi-functional team responsible for fault surveillance, incident management, and service assurance across multi-vendor, multi-technology telecom environments. What You Will Do: Lead end-to-end 24x7 operations including automated first-level support and critical incident management. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and effective communication during network incidents. Drive automation and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delivery cost. Build and grow a high-performing team, ensuring continuous development and performance. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including customer teams, OEMs, and delivery units. Contribute to business growth by supporting existing operations and identifying new opportunities. The Skills You Bring: 15 20 years of telecom experience with 10+ years in operations leadership roles. Proven experience managing IM/NOC operations and handling major network incidents. Strong background in telecom network technologies and managed services delivery. Expertise in automation, data analytics, and AI-driven operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with industry standards (ITIL, ISO, MSTOP, 3GPP) and Ericsson solutions. Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and lead high-performing, customer-centric teams.
