Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8 years in an executive Product Management or Platform Leadership role within a B2B enterprise or GSI environment.
  • Domain Expertise:

    Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle (from ideation to commercial launch) for AI/ML, GenAI, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Commercial Acumen:

    Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex pricing strategies and achieving significant commercial revenue targets for software/platform products.
  • Partnership Experience:

    Proven ability to manage strategic, product-focused relationships with major technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Google Cloud).
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.

The Role: Product and Commercial Ownership

This pivotal executive role is responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of the Agentic AI Marketplace Platform and all derived products. Key areas of accountability include:

1. Product Strategy and Commercialization

  • Roadmap Leadership:

    Own, define, and execute the product roadmap for the Agentic AI Marketplace Platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise demand, GSI capabilities, and emerging AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI).
  • Commercial Strategy:

    Develop and manage the comprehensive commercialization plan, including pricing strategy, licensing models, and sales enablement across global markets.
  • Collateral and Readiness:

    Direct the creation of all internal and external product collaterals, pitch decks, demos, and GTM readiness materials for global sales and presales teams.

2. Market Development and Partnerships

  • Platform Marketing:

    Evolve and refine the market positioning, messaging, and narrative for the Agentic AI Marketplace, reinforcing its position as the undisputed leader among GSIs, particularly highlighting the strategic

    NVIDIA partnership

    and the unique value of the

    hundreds of guardrail agents

    for enterprise security and reliability.
  • Hyperscaler Strategy:

    Cultivate and manage strategic product partnerships with hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) to ensure seamless integration and mutual market opportunities.
  • New Product Development:

    Lead the ideation, validation, and product definition for the platform’s future family of products, identifying high-impact adjacent AI solutions that leverage the Marketplace's core IP.

3. Product-Centric Growth and Tracking

  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Work as a strategic peer to the Head of Delivery and Engineering to embed a strong product management and metrics-driven culture.
  • Growth Tracking:

    Define key product performance indicators (KPIs) focused on customer usage, feature adoption, revenue generation, and market penetration, using this data to inform iterative platform development.
