We’re Hiring: AI Leader for Airtel Africa Digital Labs (Gurgaon)

IIT | PhD preferred | 12-15+ yrs of relevant experience


What You’ll Lead

AI Leader

🔹 Machine Learning for Loans & Credit Scoring

  • ML models for digital lending, alternative data scoring, underwriting & risk optimization.

🔹 Computer Vision

  • KYC automation, OCR, identity verification
  • Retail & field operations intelligence

🔹 Generative AI

  • LLM-powered automation
  • RAG systems
  • AI assistants, chatbots & internal productivity tools

AI Scientists, ML Engineers, and Researchers


What We’re Looking For

  • PhD preferred

    (or Master’s) from

    Tier-1 institute

    (IIT/IISc)

  • 12–15+ years

    in AI/ML with

    5+ years in leadership

  • Expertise in:
  • ML, DL, LLMs, RAG
  • Computer Vision (OCR, face/document recognition)
  • Fraud analytics, credit scoring
  • MLOps (MLflow/Kubeflow/K8s)
  • Strong hands-on skills in

    Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow

  • Proven ability to deliver AI systems used by millions
