Job Description

As a Admin Head you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of the company. This role ensures efficient office operations, supports organizational effectiveness, and provides leadership to the administrative team. You will work closely with senior management to implement strategies and policies that enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


β—‹ Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support.

β—‹ Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

β—‹ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

β—‹ Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.

β—‹ Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and maintenance.

β—‹ Ensure the office environment is safe, well-organized, and conducive to productivity.

β—‹ Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.

β—‹ Coordinate with IT support to maintain office technology and infrastructure.

β—‹ Develop and manage the administrative budget.

β—‹ Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

β—‹ Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

β—‹ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

β—‹ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

β—‹ Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.

β—‹ Maintain effective communication channels within the organization.

β—‹ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

● Proven experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably as an Admin Head or Office Manager.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).

● Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and procurement processes.

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
