The Monitoring and Evaluation unit will lead management in measuring the outcome and impact of the programs and interventions, and using the learning to improve quality
and relevance of the programs across Reliance Foundation.The Impact Measurement Head will effectively enhance organizations understanding of the consequences of its programming, improving internal systems, and promoting evidencebaseddecision-making across organizationss program verticals. The Head will ensure that the impact measurement produced by the unit are of high quality and can be shared internallyand externally to inform decision makers.
(1) Strong knowledge of M&E tools, techniques, and international best practices.;
(2) Demonstrated ability in data analysis, report writing, and presentation of findings;?
(3) Expertise in designing ToC and logical frameworks;
(4) Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
