Head Cell Process

Purpose/Objective

The Cell Process Lead manages cell processing operations, providing technical guidance to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and improve yield. They lead process optimization, enforce quality and safety standards, and champion digital transformation initiatives. By mentoring engineers and documenting performance, they drive continuous improvement across all clusters.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Safety and Compliance : - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations. Innovation: - Support R&D efforts to integrate new technologies in cell processes, enhancing efficiency and market leadership. Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making - Assist in implementing digital tools and data-driven strategies to optimize production and quality. Organizational & Culture Building: - Help foster an agile, collaborative culture, aligning team skills with strategic goals. Leadership in Change Management: - Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. People Development: - Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Developing/conducting/promoting training & learning initiatives to enhance skills & empowering them to take ownership of key processes and decisions. Cell Process Operations: - Lead cell process operations, ensuring that all clusters are aligned with production goals and quality standards. Provide technical guidance across the process, optimizing workflows and addressing any process deviations promptly. Business Performance Budget Targets: - Meet the various targeted financial parameters (Electrical Performance) for FY - Target as per budget. Achieve Budgeted numbers within +/-5% variance Technical Guidance and Troubleshooting: - Offer expert technical support to shift engineers, helping to resolve complex process issues and implement corrective actions. Use advanced data analysis tools to troubleshoot deviations, providing insights that drive process improvements. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: - Lead efforts to optimize cell processing parameters, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing defects, and improving yield. Collaborate with cluster managers to implement process changes that drive operational excellence. Cell Performance cost Reduction: - Establish and monitor Process control protocols to ensure consistent performance across all stages of the line. Digital Transformation and AI Integration: - Champion digital initiatives within the cell process, including the use of AI-driven analytics to optimize performance. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and technical growth. Documentation and Technical Reporting: - Oversee the documentation of process activities, Process records, and Process checks to ensure traceability. Prepare reports that provide insights into process performance and guide future optimization strategies. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
