Job Role : Head HR

Industry : Renewable Energy

Experience : 18+ years

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with growth in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, and campus partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Design HR policies, ensure statutory compliance, and standardize processes across units.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR digitization initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Establish learning frameworks for technical and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR with business goals and support strategic projects.
  • Promote organizational values, diversity, inclusion, and governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR with 20–25 years of HR leadership experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
  • Proven success in managing large HR teams and scale-ups.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
