Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Distribution Management:

    Develop and execute end-to-end distribution strategies for key product lines including Fuel Loyalty Cards, FASTag, General Insurance, and Commercial Vehicle Finance.


  • Channel Partner Development:

    Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners, dealers, and distributors to ensure deep market reach and consistent sales growth.


  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:

    Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Distribution teams to achieve sales, distribution, and revenue targets across all product categories.


  • Sales Monitoring & Analytics:

    Oversee distribution performance, conduct regular analytics and reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making to improve channel productivity and efficiency.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure distribution strategies are aligned with organizational objectives, product goals, and regulatory compliance.


  • Process & Policy Implementation:

    Establish standardized distribution processes, partner engagement protocols, and incentive structures to maintain transparency, consistency, and operational excellence.


  • Market Expansion & Growth:

    Explore new markets, design scalable distribution models, and introduce innovative approaches to increase TrucksUp’s presence across geographies.
