Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Drive sales strategy, revenue targets, and market expansion.
  • Identify new channels, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Provide market insights to enhance products.

2. Business Development

  • Build and manage relationships with schools, institutes, and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborate with marketing for lead conversion.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set KPIs, targets, and incentives; conduct training programs.

4. Sales Operations

  • Optimize sales funnel and CRM usage.
  • Use analytics to improve strategy and performance.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with peers, FLDT, and support functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with

    subscription-based models, AI-driven EdTech solutions etc

  • Familiarity with

    digital marketing strategies and lead-generation tactics

  • Ability to scale sales operations in

    startup or fast-growing environments

  • Ability to Lead a Sales Team focused on B2B

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7-12 years experience in sales, 3-5 years in leadership role (EdTech/SaaS preferred)
  • Bachelors/Masters in Business/Marketing
  • Proven record in targets & growth
  • Strong industry & competitor knowledge
  • B2B/B2C/enterprise sales expertise
  • Excellent leadership & communication
  • Skilled in CRM, analytics & digital sales
