Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Growth

Drive sales strategy, revenue targets, and market expansion.
Identify new channels, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
Provide market insights to enhance products.

2. Business Development

Build and manage relationships with schools, institutes, and partners.
Lead negotiations and collaborate with marketing for lead conversion.

3. Team Management

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Set KPIs, targets, and incentives; conduct training programs.

4. Sales Operations

Optimize sales funnel and CRM usage.
Use analytics to improve strategy and performance.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with peers, FLDT, and support functions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
subscription-based models, AI-driven EdTech solutions etc
Familiarity with
digital marketing strategies and lead-generation tactics

Ability to scale sales operations in
startup or fast-growing environments

Ability to Lead a Sales Team focused on B2B

Qualifications & Requirements

7-12 years experience in sales, 3-5 years in leadership role (EdTech/SaaS preferred)
Bachelors/Masters in Business/Marketing
Proven record in targets & growth
Strong industry & competitor knowledge
B2B/B2C/enterprise sales expertise
Excellent leadership & communication
Skilled in CRM, analytics & digital sales
