Experience
:
12+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role selling digital banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core banking systems, digital banking channels, and financial technology landscape in India.
Track Record: Proven success in closing large enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong people management, team-building, and motivational
Business Acumen: Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and financial planning
Networking: Established relationships with banking CXOs, cooperative bankingnetworks, and fintech ecosystem players.
Education: MBA in Marketing/Finance or equivalent preferred.
