We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in ,Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and promotions.

Handle client negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.

Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, digital and offline campaign management, branding, and lead generation. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and supporting sales performance across residential and/or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new and ongoing real estate projects.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Define marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Campaign Management

    • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, print, outdoor, etc.).
    • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to execute promotional events and product launches.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize strategies to improve ROI.
  • Brand & Content Management

    • Develop marketing content including brochures, emailers, social media posts, videos, and website copy.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Manage the company website and social media profiles.
  • Lead Generation & CRM

    • Design and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with conversion goals.
    • Track and manage leads through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Event & On-ground Promotions

    • Organize property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
    • Coordinate with real estate agents and channel partners for joint marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and real estate marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
