Job Description

To find new profitable business opportunities in both domestic and international markets by continuously engaging with customers thereby ensuring long term business goals.
To develop products meeting customers PQCD requirements by developing an aligned process providing customer confidence to meet mass production requirements.
The role is multifaceted, blending sales, technical knowledge, and strategic planning.
Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
Involves researching market trends, attending industry trade shows, and networking.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Technical Consultation: The suitable candidate should have a deep understanding of the fineblanking process, material properties, and part design. They must be able to work with clients' engineering teams
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: They are responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales contracts. This requires a strong grasp of pricing strategies and an ability to communicate the value proposition of fineblanking.
Strategic Planning: The role also involves contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy. This could include identifying new market segments, analyzing competitor activities, and providing feedback to the engineering and production teams to guide future development.
