Sales Head IT Services & Consulting

We are a dynamic IT services and consulting company that delivers customized technology
solutions across industries. Our offerings include software development, web/mobile appsolutions, cloud services, and IT consulting. We re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Headto lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals to drive growth and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into profitable deals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Work closely with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Drive enterprise sales, B2B partnerships, and consulting services across domestic and international markets.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships and handle key accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT services sales, consulting, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, managed IT, and consulting.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand technical offerings.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global/enterprise sales or working with international clients.
• Strong network in the IT services or consulting space.
