We’re looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and help transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic goals across departments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud platforms. Optimize Power BI reports for performance, usability, and scalability. Create and manage data models, DAX calculations, and measures. Implement row-level security and data access controls within Power BI. Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions and address performance issues. Document development processes, models, and solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development. Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language). Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema). Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational databases. Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights clearly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with good problem
