The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into visually impactful dashboards and providing actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and join data from multiple sources including data warehouses and APIs.

• Understand business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BI solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs.

• Create robust data models and DAX measures within Power BI.

• Work with data engineers and analysts to streamline data pipelines.

• Maintain documentation for all dashboards, definitions, and processes.

• (Optional) Use Python for automation, data manipulation, or API integration.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in BI or Analytics roles.

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases or cloud data warehouses (e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, Snowflake).

• Understanding of ETL processes and data quality management.

• Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.

• Bonus: Working knowledge of Python for scripting or automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Gateway, or Azure.

• Exposure to agile methodologies and collaborative development teams.

• Familiarity with key business metrics across functions like sales, operations, or finance.
