As a Sales Head for IT Services & Consulting at IGNEK, a dynamic company focused on delivering customized technology solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term client relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT services sales, consulting, or business development. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, managed IT, and consulting. - Exhibit a track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. - Showcase excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Have solid business acumen and the ability to comprehend technical offerings. - Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce would be advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in global/enterprise sales or working with international clients. - Possess a strong network in the IT services or consulting space.
