Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience to lead our Credit and Operations team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit practices and products, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Build and manage the Credit and Operations functions, including underwriting, transaction documentation, disbursements, banking operations, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
Lead a team of Credit and Operations Officers to achieve business objectives.
Manage quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Provide regular inputs for creating or refining the Credit policy to support business growth.
Drive and support miscellaneous initiatives related to risk, credit, business, and technology.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

CA/MBA with 10-14 years of relevant credit/risk experience in reputed NBFCs or commercial banks.
Exposure to credit practices and products in small ticket lending (LAP/Home Loans and unsecured loans).
Local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, and high-risk areas.
Fully conversant with legal documentation and contract management.
Experience in both Operations and Credit is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
