Credit Manager-Working Capital

Role & responsibilities

1. Underwriting of Working Capital - Fund Based & Non-Fund Based customers for Facility amount up to 10 Cr
2. Managing a portfolio of fund based as well as non-fund based facilities i.e. term loan, cash credit, working capital demand loan, overdrafts, letter of credit, bank guarantees etc.
3. Managing entire underwriting process which includes CAM preparation, credit assessment, PD with customer, detailed financial analysis of proposal and presentation of proposal to the approving authority
4. Ensuring proper documentation and disbursement of the credit facilities to the customer on time
5. Conduct income appraisal of MSME borrowers. In depth understanding and analysis of P&L Account and Balance Sheet including cash flows of self-employed borrowers.
6. Assess financial ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on facility performance.
7. Provide Market intelligence from competition and customers stand point
8. Recommendations on new processes & fraud Control initiative etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA or MBA in Finance from a reputed college (B.Com, M.Com with relevant experience)
• Experience of 7 years or more in Credit MSME Loan products with preference to experience in working capital limits.
