Job Description

Head – Corporate and Community Sales


Role:


You will lead the regional charter for our Corporate B2B2C business. This strategic

role involves acquiring and nurturing key partnerships in corporates and communities to

distribute our financial solutions at scale to employee bases.


You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Rewards

functions—enabling organizations to offer meaningful wealth and investment benefits to their

employees and also tap into high-affinity communities such as professional associations

(lawyers, doctors, CAs, etc.), exclusive clubs, influential offline and online communities,

professional networks, alumni groups.


This is a senior leadership position requiring strong business acumen, consultative enterprise

selling, and end-to-end relationship ownership. You will be responsible for building the


region’s pipeline, closing large corporate deals, overseeing onboarding, and orchestrating

multi-functional teams to deliver high-impact employee engagement campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Corporate and Community Acquisition & Onboarding

● Identify, reach out to, and onboard new accounts.

● Pitch our suite of financial wellness products as part of their employee benefits

program.

● Establish strong entry points with HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders.


2. Strategic Relationship Management

● Act as the primary point of contact for the clients.

● Build and execute long-term engagement plans tailored to each corporate account.

● Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, ensuring repeat engagement and referrals.


3. Engagement & Product Activation

● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and deliver employee

engagement campaigns.

● Conduct in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and financial wellness events to

educate and activate users.

● Track and optimize adoption and activation metrics across corporate accounts and

communities.


4. Revenue & Growth Ownership

● Own product usage and revenue targets from assigned clients.

● Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within corporate accounts and

communities.

● Drive retention and ensure continuous value delivery to clients.


Skills:


1. You must have strong B2B2C/institutional selling and relationship management

experience

2. You must have ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate large

organizations

3. You must have excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales

capabilities

4. You must be a Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership attitude

5. Experience in financial products (investments, insurance, lending, wellness, etc.) is

preferred
