Job Role : Workday HCM Consultant

Job Type : FTE

Job Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

Workday HCM module configuration
requirement gathering sessions
end-to-end system configuration
Workday calculated fields, condition rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects
EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and configuration gaps.
Workday release management
functional documentation
Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and process alignment.
ticket resolution
user training, UAT support

Required Skills Qualifications

4 10 years of experience
Core HCM
- Compensation
- Recruiting
- Talent Performance
- Absence Management
- Time Tracking
- Payroll
- Advanced Compensation
Workday configuration
Workday EIB, Core Connectors
Workday Reporting
HR processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Workday certification (preferred but not mandatory depending on project).
