Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Gujarati Chef to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be based in Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook traditional Gujarati dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Strong knowledge of Gujarati cuisine, including its history, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
