Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department at JW Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food and beverage area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry practices and procedures is beneficial.
