Guest Service Associate - F&B

• Proven experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in front office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
