Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
