Job Description

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate / Coordinator in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest engagement.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
