Key Responsibilities

• Manage listings, bookings, and guest communications across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com
• Handle pre-arrival coordination and liaise with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, including collection and return of security deposits
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring their apartments are guest-ready
• Ensure listings are up to date, priced competitively, and optimised for maximum occupancy
• Curate and update local area information to enhance guest experiences

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Hindi and Konkani preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills, especially with high-profile guests and luxury homeowners
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments
• Comfortable working independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Sound understanding of pricing strategy, service value, and basic financials
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and timely delivery
