Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest relations and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service quality, meeting established standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote guest services and amenities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technology, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
