Job Description

Key Responsibilities : - Manage listings and reservations across Online Travel Agencies (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) - Respond to guest queries via email, WhatsApp, and OTA platforms - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth guest arrival and stay experience - Greet guests during check-in and check-out, and manage the security deposit process - Maintain consistent communication with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay - Act as a point of contact for property owners, managing onboarding and ongoing relationships - Assist owners in furnishing and equipping their apartments for guest readiness - Curate and regularly update local recommendations and activity guides for guests - Monitor and optimise listing performance to ensure high occupancy and visibility Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Hindi and Konkani preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with high-profile clients and property owners - Customer-first mindset with a keen attention to detail - Ability to collaborate with various teams including housekeeping, maintenance, and operations - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Comfort with basic financial calculations and rental pricing strategy - Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred If you have a passion for hospitality and are looking to grow your career in a guest-facing role, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 To apply, please send your CV to heeta.patel@thebluekite.com Show more Show less
