Evaluate the quality of customer service being delivered, flag gaps, and support team training efforts. Support audits, inventory checks, and other operational tasks as directed by management. Take ownership of handling store escalations, especially those related to customer service and internal issues. Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, retail operations, or store supervision. Strong observational and analytical skills. Familiarity with CCTV software, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.
