Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible CCTV Operator / Operations Executive to oversee the complete day-to-day operational activities of the store. This role is not limited to monitoring surveillance systems, but also includes managing store discipline, ensuring service quality, supporting staff efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the eyes and ears of the business, ensuring smooth coordination between the security, store, and service functions. Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV feeds across store premises to identify and prevent theft, suspicious behavior, or policy violations. Perform routine checks and ensure all cameras and security systems are functional. Coordinate with floor staff and security personnel to address real-time concerns or issues captured on CCTV. Oversee and support daily store operations including cleanliness, discipline, display arrangements, and adherence to store SOPs. Monitor and report on the behavior and performance of store employees to ensure compliance with company standards. Evaluate the quality of customer service being delivered, flag gaps, and support team training efforts. Act as a bridge between back-office operations and store-level execution to ensure policies are being followed. Generate daily and weekly operational and incident reports for the management. Support audits, inventory checks, and other operational tasks as directed by management. Take ownership of handling store escalations, especially those related to customer service and internal issues. Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, retail operations, or store supervision. Strong observational and analytical skills. Familiarity with CCTV software, hardware, and basic troubleshooting. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Detail-oriented with strong discipline and sense of responsibility. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
