CCTV Surveillance Supervisor

Monitor live CCTV footage across all areas of the play zone, entrance, food court, billing counter, and other critical points. Supervise and guide junior CCTV operators to ensure continuous and efficient surveillance coverage. Identify suspicious, unsafe, or non-compliant activities and immediately alert the concerned team or management. Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, irregularities, and system downtimes. Regularly review recorded footage for incident verification or investigations as directed by the management. Ensure that all CCTV cameras and recording systems are fully functional at all times; report any technical issues promptly to IT or maintenance. Coordinate with the operations and safety teams during emergencies (e.g., child injury, crowd issues, or unauthorised access). Train new operators on camera usage, incident reporting, and Jus Jumpin’s safety SOPs. Ensure data privacy and strict confidentiality of all recorded footage. Conduct periodic audits of CCTV recordings and maintain backups as per company policy. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in operating CCTV systems, surveillance software, and video playback tools. Good leadership and supervision skills. Effective communication and quick decision-making abilities. Basic technical knowledge of camera installation, troubleshooting, and network systems. Ability to handle pressure and maintain calm during emergencies.
