Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable. Take orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service. Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly. Ensure personalized service and build rapport with regular guests. Team Supervision Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and support staff. Allocate tables and assign duties to the service team. Ensure grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards are maintained. Train new staff in service etiquette, menu knowledge, and SOPs. Operational Duties Ensure tables are set up according to standards before service hours. Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. Check inventory of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order execution. Sales & Revenue Promote upselling of food & beverages. Suggest menu specials and beverages to guests. Monitor billing accuracy and cash/credit settlements. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and licensing laws.
