Role Overview

As an F&B Associate, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.

· Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.

· Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and recommendations.

· Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

· Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas as per brand standards.

· Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

· Support pre-opening activities including outlet setup, training, and mock service runs.

· Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred (Hospitality fresher’s with strong interest in F&B are welcome).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-centric attitude with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
