Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Port Blair. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests through excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries, coordinating activities and events, and handling receptionist duties. The role may also involve supporting sales endeavors to enhance guest satisfaction and promote resort services.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent social and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
