As a GRE, you will be the face of the resort, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will ensure every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and satisfied throughout their stay. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, manage special requests, and coordinate with all departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office) to deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation queries with efficiency. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Provide resort information, activity recommendations, and local area guidance.
