Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Hospitality Staff located at Havelock Island Beach Resort. The Hospitality Staff will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive and efficient service. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the premises, and assisting with event coordination. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in customer service and guest relations Knowledge of hospitality management and operations Skills in communication, organization, and time management Ability to manage reservations and handle front desk activities Capability to perform housekeeping tasks and maintain cleanliness standards Flexibility to work in shifts and handle varying job responsibilities Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management are a plus Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage Show more Show less
