Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager located in Hyderabad. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating effectively with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving their concerns. The role also entails training and supervising staff to maintain high service standards.
