Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
• Maintain high levels of customer service quality, meeting industry standards.
• Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote guest services and amenities.

• Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest issues efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an asset.
• A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are beneficial.
