Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for representing the fine-dine caf and restaurant & bar as a Guest Relation Manager. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing guest reservations, handling feedback efficiently, and ensuring a smooth service flow to create memorable experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally. - Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. - Manage guest reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements. - Build and maintain strong guest relationships for repeat business and customer loyalty. - Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiency. - Coordinate with operations, service, and kitchen teams for smooth service flow. - Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and events to guide guests effectively. - Supervise and train front-of-house team members on guest service standards. - Monitor ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the caf/bar area. - Prepare daily guest reports and update management on guest preferences, VIPs, and special requests. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or relevant field preferred. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or restaurant management. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly personality. - Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems. - Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
