About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who’s comfortable with data, fluent in Excel, and thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments. This is a hands-on role across finance and business operations — perfect for someone who enjoys building processes from scratch and wants to grow with a high-speed startup. Key Responsibilities: ● Own finance operations including invoice creation, reconciliation, and MIS tracking. ● Prepare and maintain client-facing reports and dashboards using Excel. ● Handle data uploads for calling campaigns on Knowl and coordinate with client success teams. ● Run weekly/monthly reporting for internal reviews and client sharing. ● Write simple SQL queries or work with the tech team to extract data when needed (a plus, not a must). Requirements: ● Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas). ● Comfortable working in English – both written and spoken. ● Bonus: Basic understanding of SQL and willingness to learn more. ● Self-starter mindset – ability to work with ambiguity and build from first principles. ● Prior experience in finance ops, business reporting, or data coordination roles is a plus.
