Job Description: MIS Executive (1–3 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our organization's data management, reporting, and technology-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in managing information systems, generating insightful reports, analyzing data trends, and ensuring accuracy and security of organizational data. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Analysis

• Collect, organize, and maintain operational and business data from multiple sources.

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all managed data.

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and MIS tools using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

• Generate ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requirements.

System Management & Support

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining management information systems.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to optimize system functionality and workflows.
• Troubleshoot data or system-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.

Data Security & Compliance

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
• Maintain secure data storage practices and access controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, finance, HR, sales, and other teams to understand data requirements.

• Provide analytical and technical support to enhance departmental performance.

• Recommend process improvements based on data insights and system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of database management and information systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.
• Understanding of data security and compliance practices.
