Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate dashboards, performance reports, and business analytics for management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

2. System Administration

Maintain and update MIS databases, tools, and reporting systems.
Oversee user access, data security, and system backups.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support management decisions.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning activities.

4. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with operations, finance, sales, and HR teams to gather relevant data.
Assist in developing SOPs for data management and reporting.
Train end-users on MIS tools and reporting procedures when required.

5. Process Improvement

Automate manual reporting processes using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.
Enhance data collection methods and implement best practices for efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros preferred).
Good understanding of databases and basic IT systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

Any degree
Certifications in data analysis or BI tools are a plus.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
