Role Overview:
The Guest Relations Manager at Basque Bakery will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the bakery’s luxury dessert focus. This role blends customer engagement, team leadership, and operations oversight to create memorable moments for every guest and uphold Basque Bakery’s high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes, personalized interactions, and thoughtful service throughout their visit.
• Anticipate guest needs and tailor experiences that align with Basque Bakery’s brand values of indulgence, luxury, and warmth.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and with a guest-first mindset.
• Seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior exposure to high-end, luxury, or boutique bakeries preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume retail, café, bakery, or food & beverage customer service environments.
